Clinical Secretary

Sophie’s first introduction to the Win clinic was as a client. The team helped with rehab for her young collie, Grace, following a TPLO surgery for a ruptured cruciate. Grace made a full recovery and returned to agility a couple of years later.

Sophie’s job as clinic secretary is, amongst other things, to register clients, liaise with vets including getting histories and gaining consent, and keeping the physio’s diary up to date. 

She works from home using our cloud based system, which allows her time to spend with her energetic and slightly crazy collies.
