In our clinic, teamwork is essential. You will collaborate with passionate physiotherapists, dedicated to improving the mobility and well-being of animals. Your role will be key to helping our clinic run smoothly.

Responsibilities and Opportunities


As administrative support for our physiotherapy team, your responsibilities will include:


  • Managing Appointments: Coordinate client schedules and follow-ups to ensure all sessions are filled efficiently.

  • Assisting with Day-to-Day Operations: Help maintain an organized clinic, ensuring a welcoming environment for both clients and pets.


In this vibrant setting, you will have the unique chance to grow both personally and professionally. We aim to expand our services, with a target of increasing our client base by 30% over the next year. Your contributions will play a significant role in this journey.


This role will initially be 15-20 hours and will be 5 hours over three or four days


Salary dependent on experience
